At Feel the Deal, your satisfaction is our priority. We've designed this policy to be straightforward and fair so you can shop with confidence.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.


Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at the email below and we'll guide you through the process. If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
